STRN Registration
Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) registration with FBR for businesses required to collect and remit sales tax.
We assist businesses in obtaining their STRN from FBR, a mandatory requirement for entities making taxable supplies. Our team ensures your application is complete, compliant, and processed without delays so you can commence billing legally.
Monthly Sales Tax Returns
Timely preparation and e-filing of monthly Sales Tax returns with FBR to ensure full compliance and avoid penalties.
We manage your complete monthly GST/Sales Tax return cycle — from reconciling purchase and sale invoices to filing on the IRIS portal. Our proactive reminders ensure you never miss a deadline, avoiding late filing surcharges and FBR notices.
Annual Income Tax Returns
Complete preparation and e-filing of annual income tax returns for individuals and businesses under FBR regulations.
We prepare and e-file accurate annual income tax returns for salaried employees, business owners, and companies. Our service covers income computation, deduction optimization, wealth reconciliation, and timely submission via FBR's IRIS portal — ensuring you remain a compliant Active Taxpayer.
Business Registration (Sole Proprietorship)
Official registration of sole proprietorship businesses with relevant authorities for legal and tax compliance.
We register your sole proprietorship with FBR for NTN, obtain your business NTN, and assist with any additional local or provincial registration requirements. A registered business builds credibility with clients and ensures you operate fully within Pakistan's legal framework.
AOP Partnership Firm Registration
Registration of Association of Persons (AOP) and Partnership Firms with FBR and other relevant authorities.
We assist in drafting partnership deeds, obtaining the firm's AOP NTN, and completing all FBR documentation for partnership entities. A properly registered AOP can avail tax benefits, open business bank accounts, and enter into formal contracts.
SECP Company Registration
Registration of SMC Private Limited, LLP, Private Limited, and Public Limited companies with the SECP.
We handle end-to-end SECP company incorporation — name reservation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, Form-1 submission, and digital signatures. We register SMC-Private Limited, LLP, Private Limited, and Public Limited companies, ensuring your business has the right legal structure from day one.
Dissolution of Company
Legal winding up and dissolution of companies with SECP, ensuring all regulatory obligations are properly closed.
We manage the complete process of voluntary winding up and striking off companies from SECP records. This includes preparing dissolution resolutions, settling tax obligations with FBR, and filing all required forms — protecting directors from future liabilities.
PST & PRA Registration
Provincial Sales Tax registration with FBR (PST) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) for businesses providing taxable services.
Service providers are required to register with the relevant provincial revenue authority. We handle PST and PRA registrations — covering all documentation, portal submission, and obtaining your provincial sales tax number so you can legally charge and remit service tax.

We prepare and submit your monthly PST and PRA sales tax returns. Our team reconciles your service invoices, applies the correct tax rates, and files returns well before deadlines — keeping your business fully compliant and free from late-filing surcharges.
IPO Registration (Trademark, Logo & Brand Name)
Intellectual Property Organisation (IPO) registration to legally protect your trademark, logo, and brand name in Pakistan.
We file trademark and brand name registration applications with IPO Pakistan — protecting your intellectual property from infringement. Our service covers trademark search, application filing, class selection, and follow-up until your registration certificate is issued.
PSW Registration (Import/Export License)
Pakistan Single Window (PSW) registration for businesses engaged in import and export operations.
We assist importers and exporters in registering on the Pakistan Single Window (PSW) portal — a mandatory requirement for customs clearance. Our service includes obtaining your WeBOC credentials, linking NTN, and completing the trader profile for smooth import/export operations.
Chamber of Commerce Registration
Registration with the local Chamber of Commerce for businesses seeking membership, credibility, and trade facilitation.
We assist businesses in enrolling with the Rawalpindi, Islamabad, or other relevant Chambers of Commerce. Chamber membership provides access to trade certificates, government tenders, export facilitation, and enhances your business credibility in local and international markets.
PSEB Registration (Call Centre / IT / Freelancer)
Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) registration for IT companies, Call Centres, and Freelancers to access tax benefits and incentives.
PSEB-registered entities enjoy significant tax exemptions and facilitation from the Government of Pakistan. We handle the full registration process for IT companies, BPO/Call Centres, and individual freelancers — including documentation, portal submission, and follow-up with PSEB.
DNFBP Registration
Designated Non-Financial Business and Professions (DNFBP) registration for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
DNFBPs — including real estate agents, accountants, lawyers, and dealers in precious metals — are legally required to register and comply with Pakistan's AML/CFT laws. We handle your DNFBP registration with SECP/FMU, risk assessment, and ongoing compliance advisory.
Balance Sheet Approval u/s 5(2)(f)
Preparation and approval of Balance Sheet under Section 5(2)(f) of the Sales Tax Act for Sales Tax registration requirements.
FBR requires a certified Balance Sheet under Section 5(2)(f) as part of the Sales Tax registration process for certain categories of taxpayers. We prepare this financial statement, get it certified, and submit it as part of your STRN registration application.
7E Certificate
Obtaining the 7E Certificate (deemed income on immovable property) filing and compliance under Section 7E of the Income Tax Ordinance.
Section 7E imposes deemed income tax on immovable properties held by taxpayers. We prepare and file your 7E statements, determine applicable exemptions, compute the correct tax liability, and obtain your 7E certificate — which is often required by property registrars.
Advance Tax
Calculation, payment scheduling, and compliance for advance income tax under the Income Tax Ordinance 2001.
Businesses and individuals with taxable income exceeding thresholds are required to pay advance tax in quarterly instalments. We compute your advance tax liability, prepare payment chalans, and ensure timely submission to avoid default surcharge under the Income Tax Ordinance.
Withholding Statements Filing
Preparation and filing of bi-annual withholding tax statements (WHT) as required by FBR under the Income Tax Ordinance.
Withholding agents are required to file statements of tax collected/deducted twice a year with FBR. We compile all withholding transactions, prepare the requisite statements, and file them on IRIS — keeping your business compliant and avoiding penalties for late or incorrect filings.
Accounting Services
Professional preparation of financial statements and balance sheets — including P&L, cash flow, and notes to accounts.
We provide full-cycle accounting services: bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, trial balance, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements prepared in accordance with IFRS and local requirements. Accurate financials are the foundation of good tax compliance and business decisions.

FBR revenue target for FY 2026-27 has been set at Rs. 15.26 trillion — a substantial rise from the FY 2025-26 target.
The target reflects the government's drive to expand the tax base and improve compliance across all sectors.

Digital integration, third-party data matching, and automated notices will be used to achieve the target.
Businesses and individuals are advised to ensure their tax affairs are in order to avoid enforcement actions.
Stay compliant — register your NTN, file returns on time, and maintain filer status.

A Senate panel has supported a proposal to impose a 5% tax on income earned from social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
A Senate Standing Committee has endorsed a proposal to levy 5% tax on earnings from social media platforms.

FBR is working with PTA and telecom companies to identify high-earning social media accounts.
Freelancers and social media earners are advised to register their NTN and begin filing returns proactively.
Are you a content creator or influencer? Register your NTN and file returns before enforcement begins.
